Let's Get Connected!
Inclusion in community events and activities is critical to a healthy social life. But it can also be important to connect with people who share common concerns and support you in your spina bifida journey. To this end, The Spina Bifida Coalition plans a variety of programs that bring together people with spina bifida and their families.

Adult Activities
We offer a variety of in-person and virtual activities for all adults ages 18 or older including our bi-monthly Lunch Bunch, monthly virtual Adult Hang Out and other scheduled in-person events.
Are you a high-school graduate who is 18 years or older, who enjoys food, friendship, and fun? Join us for our bi-monthly meeting of the Lunch Bunch. Invite a partner, parent, friend, or sibling to join you; all are welcome. We do our best to select affordable and accessible restaurants around Cincinnati.
If you have a favorite, contact us and we will try to include it in our rotation around the city.
Lunch Bunch attendees are responsible for the cost of their own meal and beverages.
Virtual Hang Outs are monthly Zoom meetings where friends meet on the third Tuesday evening of each month to socialize and share what’s on their minds. Links to join are shared in the SB-Coalition Adult Facebook Group.
Contact Kevin for more information on any of these adult activities.
