The Spina Bifida Coalition is pleased to support the following activities with financial scholarships for people living with spina bifida within our service area:
Camp/Recreation
- to pay for program registration fees or special equipment
Direct Aid
- pays for rent/mortgage, utilities, medical supplies, health co-pays, and replacement of lost or broken phone
Automobile Modifications/ Adapted Driving
- 500 maximum is a one time gift
- assistance for purchase/install of hand controls, driving screening, or adapted driving lessons
SBC Service Area
The Spina Bifida Coalition serves Adams, Ashland, Ashtabula, Athens, Belmont, Brown, Butler, Carroll, Clermont, Clinton, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Erie, Gallia, Geauga, Hamilton, Harrison, Highland, Holmes, Huron, Jackson, Jefferson, Lake, Lawrence, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Meigs, Monroe, Noble, Pike, Portage, Richland, Scioto, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, Warren, Wayne, and Washington counties in Ohio, Dearborn, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, and Switzerland counties in southeastern Indiana, Boone, Campbell, and Kenton counties in northern Kentucky, and the entire state of West Virginia.
